• Proof of insurance must be emailed at least 72 hours before the event to parks & rec at parksandrec@trophyclub.org (we’ll do this)
• Electricity is not provided at the pavilions so you must rent a generator (we have you covered)

To ensure you have the smoothest possible experience, we ask that you rent the pavilion and bounce house as soon as possible and at least one week in advance so that we can send over the required information.
