We also have our inflatable rentals inspected annually as per Texas state regulations. Be sure to follow all safety guidelines for the best and safest experience since any rare accidents that happen are typically due to not following safety guidelines.
We thoroughly clean and disinfect our bounce house and inflatable rentals after every use. We do ask that when you rent an inflatable, please keep away food, drinks, cake, candy, and other unnecessary items away from your inflatable rental.
Most likely your bounce house will not deflate. If it does, first remove all users immediately then diagnose the problem. Check that the electrical cord is fully plugged into the outlet and that it is the only thing plugged into that outlet. Check that no air is escaping the blower tube and that the blower tube is tied tightly around the blower hole. Ensure all zippers are closed and that circuit breakers aren’t tripped. If you’re still having trouble, please call us.
Yes! Jump City is fully insured and state-licensed.
No, it’s impossible. All inflatables are made of vinyl material which allows air to pass through continuously. This is also why you shouldn’t worry about feeling air through the seams of your bounce house or other inflatable as it’s supposed to do that.
Inflatables are made from vinyl and this material is not breathable. All inflatables loose air through the seams that’s why the blowers have to stay on during the use. The blowers work on static pressure: when riders start jumping, they push more air out throughout all the seams and at that time the blowers surge to add more air. That’s why all inflatables have a different capacity and rated for either kids or adults or both.
- Have adult supervision at all times when children are on or near the inflatable unit.
- Shoes must be removed prior to using the inflatable.
- The number of users on the inflatable must be at or below the number indicated on the product specifications.
- Playing around is expected but absolutely no flips or rough/unruly play.
- Absolutely no unnecessary items are allowed on the inflatable such as but not limited to gum, drinks, food, candy, cake, silly strings, confetti, etc. These items are harmful to the inflatable material and can result in an additional charge.
- Use your best judgment when the kids are playing on the inflatable and allow separate times for jumping for older and younger kids.
- Do not move the inflatable unit from its set up location. If you need to have the unit moved, call us. We may or may not be able to help depending on how busy we are that day.
- Do not use water on or near the bounce houses of other inflatables except for water slides. Please also keep away from fire, flames, and fireworks.
- While using your unit, if the weather becomes inclement or if it gets too windy (about 20mph) cease use of the unit.

Note that not all bounce houses and inflatable rentals are safe for adults BUT all adult-safe inflatables are safe for both adults and children.
Do NOT use water on inflatables that are not specifically designed to get wet. Our water slides are safe for use with water but the same is not true for our bounce houses and other inflatables. If you are unsure about a specific product please contact us with any questions.
You can check each product’s power requirements on its individual product page. If you don’t have a strong enough power source available, we do rent generators.
Yes we do! We rent generators for our inflatable rentals if you do not have an adequate power source due to your inflatable being used in an area without an electrical source (like a park) or if the power source available is not strong enough or for any other reason.
We do our best to work with nonprofits, schools and churches on a case-by-case basis. We do not give holiday discounts.
Absolutely! These are some of our favorite events to provide inflatables for. Our best incentives are our Commercial Liability insurance in addition our yearly state inspections for all inflatable units and state license.

No, Jump City offers free delivery (min. orders of $155), set up, and pick up for all inflatable party rentals.

We have a vast selection of units that work great for a wide variety of people (adults and kids) and themes. Our inflatable rental units are great for events such as, but not limited to: birthday parties, school field days or carnivals (outdoors or in an auditorium), church festivals, family reunions, summer camps, charity & non-profit events, corporate events, graduation parties, team-building activities, grand openings, tailgate parties, block parties, and so much more!
Minimum delivery is $155 for your order (including bounce houses, inflatables, food machine rentals, tables & chairs, etc.)
No, we do not allow customer pick ups.
We try to schedule our deliveries at least 1 to 2 hours in advance. We prefer not to work in the dark if possible for safety reasons. Our rotations are about 6 hours or so depending on the agreement: a 4 hour hour rental and a 2 hour window for set up.
Since we are state licensed, we are allowed to set up in Texas parks BUT be sure to gain permission from the park beforehand as all parks have their own individual requirements. Some parks may require a reservation, some may be first come, first serve on park space, and some simply may not allow bounce houses or may have specific limitations. Also please note that most parks do NOT have electricity so you will likely have to rent a generator from us.
Yes, just be sure to check the inflatables specific space requirements on its product page to ensure you have enough space for set up. We often set up inside for schools in the auditorium or gymnasium but can accommodate any large enough space such as a recreation center.
Our bounce houses and other dry inflatables can easily be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or even in an auditorium or gymnasium. Water slides work best on grass but can also be set up on concrete or asphalt.
Normal wear and tear is to be expected but any out-of-the-ordinary damage that happens due to negligence or not following the safety rules will be your responsibility. We will gladly remedy any situation due to normal wear and tear but will charge extra for negligent damage.
Tips are not required but are always appreciated! Our delivery team works hard weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings to ensure that your inflatable rental is delivered promptly and with care.
A reasonable amount of mess is to be expected but we do ask that you inspect the inflatable and clean any out-of-the-ordinary trash (ex: candy wrappers, balloons, socks, balls, cups, etc.) We will charge an additional cleaning fee if we find these extra items in our units.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
The quoted price includes free set up, delivery, and pick up.
Cancellations due to weather get their deposits back if they can call at least 24 hours before we deliver.
We cancel order deliveries if we have severe weather in the forecast or winds over 25 to 30 miles per hour. We can reschedule your delivery for a later date or issue a deposit refund.
The sooner you reserve your bounce house or inflatable the better. This ensures that we will have the unit you want available as units can quickly become unavailable due to advanced bookings during our busy seasons.
Yes. Depending on the size of the order the range is typically from $25 – $100.
We cannot offer overnight rentals since our insurance does not cover overnight rentals.
The minimum hours you can rent is 4 hours and the max is 6 hours.
